When working with NoFraud on chargebacks, you may need to locate your chargebacks/disputes dashboard in your payment processor's portal. This article will guide you through the steps of navigating to the correct location on many of the most popular platforms.
Additionally, for clients enrolled in Chargeback Protection and/or Chargeback Management, you may want to create a sub-user for NoFraud to streamline managing your disputes. Although this is not required, we strongly recommend granting us (limited) access to eliminate the need for you to update us about individual cases. Therefore, included in this article are instructions for adding NoFraud as a sub-user.
