What Does a Pass Decision Mean?
NoFraud deemed the transaction low-risk and safe to ship, either automatically via our innovative AI or after review by a member of our Fraud Analyst team. Based on the custom workflows and automation you have set up, orders that receive a Pass decision will automatically proceed to payment capture and fulfillment.
Note: If you are enrolled in our Chargeback Protection plan, only orders with the Pass status are eligible for coverage.
How to Report Fraud on a Passed Order:
If you become aware of additional risk factors or receive a fraud-related chargeback for an order we Passed, please escalate the order for our analysts to review by clicking Report Fraud on the Transaction page in the NoFraud Portal.
Note: If you are enrolled in Chargeback Protection the Report Fraud option will not appear. In its place, you will have the option to Submit Chargeback which would be fully covered under the Chargeback Protection plan.*
