When using both Carthook and NoFraud, please follow the below instructions below to ensure Carthook orders are screened by NoFraud. Without changing these settings, NoFraud will be unable to import the transaction data from Shopify properly.
1. Go to your Settings in Carthook:
2. Under the Personalization menu found here, change the Add Shopper's IP to order notes field from No to Yes.
3. Finally, please confirm on the next Carthook order that comes in is screened by reviewing the NoFraud Portal > Transactions tab to locate the transaction:
