Merchants using Zipify/OCU can enjoy the benefits of NoFraud order monitoring by configuring their account using the simple instruction provided below.
Configure Zipify/OCU in the NoFraud Portal
You can connect Zipify/OneClickUpsell with NoFraud by clicking on their app logo in the NoFraud portal Advanced Settings here.
Enable 'Pass Buyer IP' Within Zipify/OCU
Within the Zipify/OCU app ensure that you have the Pass Buyer IP to Shopify enabled by going to Settings > General > Advanced Settings:
If this setting is disabled, Zipfy/OCU will not send us the customer's IP address, and thus NoFraud will skip these orders. Once enabled, the customer's IP address should be included in the Additional Details section of the Shopify order as seen below:
