For merchants enrolled in our Chargeback Protection or Chargeback Management plans, submitting a new case to NoFraud is a simple and seamless process. By following the steps provided below you can let us know when a qualified new chargeback comes in, so we can begin the process of representment and/or full coverage.
How to Submit a Chargeback:
- For merchants on a Chargeback Protection plan: You can submit a chargeback on orders passed by NoFraud by clicking the red Submit Chargeback button on the transaction page.
Fill in all pertinent information related to the relevant chargeback. You will also have the option to upload any supporting documents that will support your chargeback. Please include the chargeback notification document if you have one.
