For merchants enrolled in our Chargeback Protection, INR Protection, or Chargeback Management plans, submitting a new case to NoFraud is a simple and seamless process. By following the steps provided below you can let us know when a relevant new chargeback comes in, so we can begin the process of representment and/or full coverage.
Chargebacks from Shopify Payments
Chargebacks processed through Shopify Payments will automatically be uploaded to the NoFraud portal and no further action is required by the merchant. Chargebacks processed through any other payment processor* must be submitted to the NoFraud portal by the merchant by following the instructions in the next section (*unless a special agreement with NoFraud is in place to upload cases on your behalf).
How to Submit All Other Chargebacks:
- For all other merchants enrolled in Chargeback Protection, INR Protection, or Chargeback Management plan/s: You can submit a chargeback on orders passed by NoFraud by clicking the red Submit Chargeback button on the transaction page.
Fill in all pertinent information related to the relevant chargeback. You will also have the option to upload any supporting documents that will support your chargeback. Please include the chargeback notification document if you have one.
