New Cases: Pending – Case Under Review
When a chargeback is submitted, a case is created in NoFraud with a Current Status of Pending and Notes reading Case Under Review.
Once a case is determined to be eligible, NoFraud disputes the chargeback with your processor on your behalf. An expert fraud analyst working on your case may reach out to you for additional documentation needed to dispute the chargeback. If additional information is requested, please upload the requested documentation to NoFraud as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.
Eligible Cases: Processing – Case Pending Resolution
Once all necessary documentation for the chargeback case is received, Current Status will change to Processing, and Notes will now read Case Pending Resolution. At this time, you will be reimbursed for the chargeback.
Ineligible Cases: Closed – Case Closed and Lost
If the chargeback is determined to be ineligible, Current Status will change to Closed and Notes will state Case Closed and Lost.
