Insights displays all transaction activity and revenue NoFraud has screened on your behalf. By default, charts load data from the past seven days. Choose to view any specified date range by filtering by date.
Transaction Insights
Transaction Insights provide insights on revenue generated based on orders that NoFraud passed or failed.
- Daily Activity - Displays the total revenue and count of transactions within the date range specified.
- Daily Revenue - Graphical display of the total revenue that received a decision of Pass or Fail in the selected date range.
- Daily Transaction Counts - Numerical breakdown of total orders that received a decision of Pass or Fail in the selected date range.
- Current Status Overview - Graphical display of total number of transactions by current status for the selected date range.
- Current Transaction Status - Displays current order status by transaction.
- Current Revenue Status - Displays current order status by revenue.
Review Insights
Review Insights allow you to track your orders' initial status, prior to any changes made to the decision.
- Initial Transaction Status - Displays number of orders in the initial status.
- Initial Revenue Status - Displays dollar value of all transactions in the initial status.
- Initial Status Overview - Total number of transactions by initial status.
- Daily Review Results - Displays decision of Pass or Fail made on orders initially under review by day.
- Overview Review Results - Displays decision of Pass or Fail made on orders initially under review in a pie chart.
- Daily Review Resolution Timeframe - Tracks the timeframe in which a transaction under review was updated with a final decision.
Chargeback Insights
Chargeback Insights within NoFraud allow you to track your NoFraud chargeback submissions, their status, and their outcomes.
- Fraud Types - Breakdown of qualified chargebacks by fraud type.
- Unqualified Reasons - Breakdown of unqualified chargebacks by reason.
- Open Chargebacks - Total number of open chargebacks by current holding status.
- Closed Chargebacks - Total number of closed chargebacks by final status.
- Daily Chargeback Activity - Breakdown of count and total amount of chargebacks for each day in the selected time frame.
