To add a Sub User, navigate to the Sub Users tab, and click Create New Sub User:
The available roles to select for a Sub-User are as follows:
- Sub Admin - A Sub Admin has all the same permissions as a full user with the exception of creating other sub users.
- Agent - An Agent is generally the role given to Customer Service representatives. An agent can view and update transactions (i.e., mark as fraudulent, create a chargeback, etc.). They can also edit the Blocklist and Allowlist as well as enter customer codes for phone orders.
- Limited Agent - Limited Agent users can view transactions and enter customer codes for phone orders but are unable to edit the Blocklist, Allowlist, or mark transactions as fraudulent.
