Installing NoFraud on your Shopify store is seamless and the process only takes moments to complete. By simply installing our app from the Shopify App Store & creating a NoFraud account, we will begin screening transactions immediately. By default, if you are a new NoFraud user your two-week free trial will begin as soon as your first order is screened.
Installing the NoFraud Shopify App
To install NoFraud on your store please follow the easy steps detailed below:
- Go to the Shopify App Store and search for "NoFraud", or click here.
- Once on the NoFraud page in the App Store, click 'Add app' as seen below.
You will be redirected to a landing page where you’ll be asked to set up a NoFraud portal account.
- If you are a new user, select the option to create a NoFraud portal account.
- If you already have a NoFraud portal account, you can select that option to connect your store to your existing portal account.
What Happens Once the App is Successfully Installed?
Once your Shopify store is successfully integrated with NoFraud's system, you will be able to see the following within your Shopify account:
NoFraud Tags
Every order screened by NoFraud will receive a tag that can be viewed in multiple places within the Orders section of your Shopify dashboard. You can view the list of tags and their meanings here.


NoFraud Fraud Analysis Section
In the Timeline section of an order, you can see any actions that NoFraud has performed on your behalf based on the settings you have enabled here.

In the More Actions drop-down menu, you can access a link to the order in the NoFraud portal:
