How Do I Install the NoFraud Fraud Protection App for Shopify and Shopify Plus?

Installing the NoFraud Fraud Protection App in your Shopify or Shopify Plus store is fast and easy. Once you install the NoFraud Fraud Protection App from the Shopify App Store and create a NoFraud account, NoFraud begins screening your transactions immediately. If you are a new NoFraud user, your two week free trial begins as soon as your first order is screened. 

 

Using NoFraud Fraud Protection with Multiple Shopify Storefronts

If you have more than one Shopify storefront, you can simplify integration by connecting multiple Shopify sites to a single NoFraud account. By connecting multiple Shopify stores to one NoFraud account, all of your (combined) NoFraud usage will be billed only to your default billing method. Read more about Shopify billing here.  

 

Installing the NoFraud Fraud Protection Shopify App

To install NoFraud in your Shopify store, do the following: 

  1. Visit the Shopify App Store and search for "NoFraud", or click here.



  2. Once on the NoFraud Fraud Protection listing in the Shopify App Store click 'Add app.'



  3. Confirm the install by clicking Install app.

  4. You will be asked to  be redirected to a landing page where you’ll be asked to set up a NoFraud portal account.

    • If you are a new user, select the option to create a NoFraud portal account.

    • If you already have a NoFraud portal account, you can select that option to connect your store to your existing portal account.

Configuring Your NoFraud Account

Configuring a few simple settings in NoFraud now helps make sure NoFraud’s technology and team are able to verify more orders that might appear risky, and maximize order approvals, all while protecting you from fraud.

Using the NoFraud Fraud Protection Shopify App

Once your Shopify store is successfully integrated with NoFraud, you will be able to see the following within your Shopify account:

 

NoFraud Tags

Every order screened by NoFraud receives a tag that is viewable in multiple places within the Orders section of your Shopify dashboard. View the list of tags and their meanings here.



 

NoFraud Fraud Analysis Section

In the Timeline section of an order, view any actions that NoFraud has performed on your behalf, based on the settings you have enabled here.

From the More Actions drop-down menu, access a link to the order in NoFraud:
