To prevent NoFraud from screening orders that originate from your customer service team (reshipments, phone orders that will skip the NoFraud screening, free products you send to influencers etc...), you can use the merchant controlled skip tag. Here is how it works:
- When the order is still in draft, add the following tag: nofraud_merchantskip.
- Complete the order.
- You should see a NoFraud_skip tag added to the order, indicating that NoFraud did not screen the order.
