The blocklist is a merchant-controlled list of customers that should always receive a NoFraud response of Fail.
The blocklist can be used to prevent any customer from shopping in your store at your discretion. Many merchants use this list to prevent customers that repeatedly purchase and return products or customers that have left a bad review from returning.
Add Users to Blocklist
To add a customer to a blocklist, in which case their transactions will be automatically rejected, one of several identifying data points such as email or phone number can be used.
