The Cases tab keeps track of all submitted chargeback disputes.
See below for an explanation of the sorting and filtering features available in this tab.
- Reference Number - Sort by the number assigned to your case by NoFraud (i.e. case number).
- Filter by Date - Filter cases throughout the current day, previous day, the past seven days, the past thirty days, this month, or a custom range.
Under the Cases tab, you are able to view all chargebacks submitted to the NoFraud portal under the Status of Pending, Processing, or Closed:
You can also expand the details of any case to view additional information and eligibility status.
