When a transaction is screened through our system, it is given a decision status of Pass, Fail, or Review. The definitions of each status are as follows:
- Pass - A NoFraud decision of Pass means that the transaction has been deemed low-risk, and can be processed.
- Fail - A NoFraud decision of Fail means that the transaction has been deemed high-risk, and likely fraudulent. The order should be canceled and refunded.
- Review - A NoFraud decision of Review signifies that the transaction has high-risk characteristics but has the potential to be a valid transaction, and is reviewed by a NoFraud analyst. Orders in the Review status should not be processed until the results of the review are complete.
