The review process can be customized to suit your company’s preferences in the following ways:
1. The Review email sent to the customer to verify a transaction can be configured to send from your company’s email domain. This process can be initiated by clicking into the Utilize Custom Email Account option found under Settings > Review within the NoFraud Portal:
2. The contents of the review email sent to the customer can be configured to your company’s liking. For customization, please email your account manager the changes you would like made to the email contents.
3. For transactions requiring our analysts to conduct additional review, Image Verification may be requested. You are able to disallow this step in our verification if preferred. This is completed under Settings > Review within the NoFraud Portal by switching the toggle for the Image Requests for Verification option:
4. If preferred, you are able to request that NoFraud not reach out to your customers at all for transactions that initially receive a Review status. The review process can be toggled off by clicking into the NoFraud Verification Process option found under Settings > Review:
