NoFraud will not receive any response to indicate when an order has been canceled in the backend of your website. To alert NoFraud that an order has been canceled, please click the blue Cancel Order button in the upper right-hand corner of the applicable transaction:
Please note, this option is only available for 7 days after an order is screened by NoFraud. If you would like to cancel an order in the NoFraud portal after the 7 day time frame has expired, please contact your account manager.
