If you have integrated pre-gateway and see two orders in the NoFraud Portal with the same order ID or invoice number, this is likely due to the customer’s first attempt failing at the gateway. Generally, this is due to gateway filters denying AVS or CVV mismatches.
When the customer is declined at the cart and tries to place the order again, it will show up in the NoFraud Portal as a separate transaction, as the second attempt receives a new NoFraud screening.
