Merchants that are not enrolled in any of NoFraud's chargeback solutions are still strongly recommended to report a Passed order as fraud when you receive a fraud-related chargeback or discover that the order is fraudulent. This enables us to track and block future fraudulent orders that target your site.
To Report Fraud, visit the Transaction page in the NoFraud Portal, locate the relevant order, and follow the steps detailed below:
Note: If you are enrolled in any of our chargeback plans, the Report Fraud option will not appear, and will be replaced with a Submit Chargeback option.
- Step 1: On the transaction's page in the portal, select Report Fraud on the upper right of your screen.

Step 2: Next, you will be prompted to tell us how you discovered the order is fraudulent.

Step 3: If you indicated in Step 2 that you received a chargeback for this order you will be prompted to submit the reason code.

Step 4: If you selected Other in Step 2, you will be prompted to provide some additional information about how you discovered the order is fraudulent.
- Step 5: Once the form is completed, select Report Fraud to submit the information to our analyst team.
